EXPORT AND SALES MANAGER
INSULCO manufactures, transforms and supply innovative products in the thermo-acoustic insulation sector, these high-performance and quality products are already used on many prestigious projects around the world, the company is very active in the development of new technical solutions helped by its own laboratory.
We are looking for an Export and Sales Manager to develop a network of international distributors and to conclude long-term partnerships.
Description of the function:
As Export and Sales Manager you will report directly to the CEO and will be required to:
- Actively seek new distributor customers specializing in the construction sector abroad, in Europe, Asia and Africa.
- Provide technical answers to design offices and prescribers with the help of our lab.
- Analyse the market, the competition and the standards in force to identify the opportunities or adaptations of the current offer.
- Maintain and develop existing customers.
- Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics.
- Travel abroad to meet existing customers and leads.
- Participate in fairs and trade shows abroad.
- You are a salesperson, dynamic, organized, with leadership and project management.
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree and 3 to 10 years of proven sales experience.
- Experience or knowledge of foreign trade procedures is a plus.
- Experience with the construction sector is a plus.
- Experience with MS office and/or with any CRM software is recommended.
- You are: curious, connected and interested in technical advice.
- Autonomous, good team player, proactive, results-oriented, and problem solver.
- You easily present and communicate, whatever the communication channel : face-to-face, phone call, email or video conference.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are ideally trilingual FR / DE / EN, at least FR / EN.
